Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, we use SAP Concur for Expense reporting - makes it easy to track everything.

Pros

  • Receipt scanning and recognition
  • Reporting

Cons

  • Not accepting electronic receipts - requires PDF upload even thought electronic receipt is sent by hotel or airline
  • Efficiency
I gave SAP Concur this usability rating because, in my experience, the SAP Concur Flight booking module is not the best.

Great for expense reporting

Not the best for airline booking - often suggest flights with overnight connections instead of a little bit more expensive flights with short connections.
