Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur to provide expense reporting for our users. This is important as we not only have business expenses, but client expenses as well.

Pros

  • OCR of receipts
  • Automated validation based on expense policies
  • Mobile app

Cons

  • Sometimes the OCR/auto upload glitches a bit
  • The consolidation of expense reporting has saved a lot of time vs in the past, where expenses had to be manually set up and receipts stapled/photocopied
Usability is pretty good. No huge complaints outside of some slowness with the OCR system.
