Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur is used, or will be used, for travel purchases and expense reporting. This enables us to easily make travel arrangements using approved channels and to ensure that expenses are properly reported and reimbursed, where relevant. We are in the process of migrating SAP Concur to our systems as a part of our former parent company's divestiture.

Pros

  • Allow for the purchasing of travel
  • The tracking and reporting of expenses
  • The payment of reimbursement for those expenses

Cons

  • The look and feel could be more similar to other SAP products
  • I do not have hard numbers, but it's always good to have a centralized point to report business expenses.
I have never had any trouble using the tool, and any exceptions were easily resolved.
It is integrated with ECC through the recording of payments sent to employees for expense reimbursements.
SAP Concur is slightly less robust on the travel-purchasing side, but not to any significant degree. In all other aspects is measures up or exceeds Egencia.

In my experience, the expense reporting aspect is seamless and intuitive, as with other such systems, it does allow for the reporting of more complex expenses
