The productivity is good but SAP Concur UI can be more intutive

The travel and expense part of SAP Concur needs to more intuitive to the end users, the SAP Concur team needs to be more coordinated, we had instances where we need to deal with multiple support people and they dont talk to each other, we have to start over again
