Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I use SAP Concur for travel booking and expensing.

Pros

  • Booking flights
  • automated itemization of receipts like hotel bookings
  • automated rental car expensing

Cons

  • sometimes reserving seats with SAP Concur on a flight is difficult or does not work at all.
  • Generally speaking, fewer clicks to accomplish tasks would be better.
  • hard to say, but likely improves policy enforcement
Overall SAP Concur meets our needs, but can take more time than is necessary to complete tasks. Features like OCR help address this issue

very good for booking flights and expensing. Rental cars is also quite smooth. Hotels are ok, but sometimes I would like better descriptions of the room/hotel.
