Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use it to submit our corporate expenses. Employees use the tool to submit expense reports, and track reimbursements, while managers and finance teams use it to review, approve, and reconcile expenses. The tool is integrated with our ERP systems to automate accounting entries, and ensure policy compliance. This helps us with transparency around managing our P&L accounts.

- Ability to auto forward to another approver in case the first approver is not available or hasnt responded.

SAP S4 - our backend ERP system so we have transparency into the documents created.
The platform has also helped us adapt to a more mobile and flexible workforce. We have employees from different geographies and the ability to submit expenses on the go, while managers can review and approve reports from anywhere is great. This has been particularly valuable for our finance and leadership teams to have clearer visibility into travel spend patterns, helping identify cost-saving opportunities and enforce compliance without slowing down operations.
For employees, the platform has simplified the time-consuming and manual process of entering expenses. The mobile app once installed allows users to capture receipts instantly, automatically match them to expenses. There is a Reports option to pull up what was submitted in the past. For admins and finance teams, the Automated policy enforcement and approval workflows ensure compliance without adding delays, while centralized reporting provides a clear view of total travel and expense spend across departments.
