Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use it to submit our corporate expenses. Employees use the tool to submit expense reports, and track reimbursements, while managers and finance teams use it to review, approve, and reconcile expenses. The tool is integrated with our ERP systems to automate accounting entries, and ensure policy compliance. This helps us with transparency around managing our P&L accounts.

  • Ability to inform the creator that the approver has not approved before the expiry date so it doesnt end up in delays.
  • Ability to auto forward to another approver in case the first approver is not available or hasnt responded.

I gave it this rating because I can see that employees can easily capture receipts with the mobile app, create expense reports automatically, and track reimbursement status in real time. Managers will benefit from the transparent workflows that simplify approval and policy enforcement and alongside the finance team gains better visibility into overall travel and expense spend.
SAP S4 - our backend ERP system so we have transparency into the documents created.
The platform has also helped us adapt to a more mobile and flexible workforce. We have employees from different geographies and the ability to submit expenses on the go, while managers can review and approve reports from anywhere is great. This has been particularly valuable for our finance and leadership teams to have clearer visibility into travel spend patterns, helping identify cost-saving opportunities and enforce compliance without slowing down operations.
For employees, the platform has simplified the time-consuming and manual process of entering expenses. The mobile app once installed allows users to capture receipts instantly, automatically match them to expenses. There is a Reports option to pull up what was submitted in the past. For admins and finance teams, the Automated policy enforcement and approval workflows ensure compliance without adding delays, while centralized reporting provides a clear view of total travel and expense spend across departments.

Mobile integration:The mobile app’s ability to scan receipts using OCR and automatically populate expense lines has drastically reduced time spent on expense creation. I used this Integration between Concur-Lyft to automatically import Taxi expenses in my previous travel.
