Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In my organization, I use SAP Concur for travel booking and reimbursement.

Pros

  • Flight booking
  • Easy to upload receipts via mobile
  • Hotel search seems easy

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP Concur has room for improvement with the Ease of finding past expenses
  • In my experience, there is room for improvement in SAP Concur with Contact info for issues hard to find
  • I think there's room for improvement in SAP Concur because Sometimes the expense categories don't fit expense
  • Efficient travel tool for employees
  • Easy to use

Using SAP Concur

4000 - All business functions are represented.
All travel must be booked via Concur, and the app is integrated with our Workday solution.
I am unsure who is supporting SAP Concur. I assume it may be HQ (Kao Japan).

  • Booking hotels
  • Booking rental cars
  • None that I am aware of
  • Office 365 integration
I don't have any choice but to use it.
