Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur to submit business expenses for reimbursement. It provides integration of e-Receipts with its partner vendors. SAP Concur also integrates with corporate card data and we find our most of the business expenses and corporate card transactions in SAP Concur automatically and it helps ease the process of claiming business expenses.

  • Auto create expenses by scanning receipts. Need to improve the understanding of the details on the receipt.

  • Option to add validations with the help of audit rules.
  • Seemless integration with SAP.
SAP Concur makes business expense reimbursement very easy and effortless. It has very good feature to scan receipts and create expenses automatically and add attendees easily by including Concur as one of the attendees to the event. Auto import of credit card transactions and sending e-Receipts for expenses with partner vendors.
SAP - For posting expense reports and reimbursing to employees. The integration is seamless and provide a good option to understand and resolve any posting issues easily. Easy to handle posting failures. SAP Concur ICS connection set is also very easy with wizard and automates the postings without manual intervention.
