Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur to submit business expenses for reimbursement. It provides integration of e-Receipts with its partner vendors. SAP Concur also integrates with corporate card data and we find our most of the business expenses and corporate card transactions in SAP Concur automatically and it helps ease the process of claiming business expenses.

Cons
- Auto create expenses by scanning receipts. Need to improve the understanding of the details on the receipt.
- Should be able to provide the FI doc number in the reporting.
- Option to identify duplicate expenses.
- Option to add validations with the help of audit rules.
- Seemless integration with SAP.
SAP - For posting expense reports and reimbursing to employees. The integration is seemless and provide a good options to understand and resolve any posting issues easily.
