Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, we use SAP Concur for Travel and expenses. Requests for International travel. SAP Concur is Easy to use for our users.

Pros

  • Can reimburse expenses same day if workflow is followed correctly

Cons

  • Customer support could be easier to deal with. Tickets can become complex
  • Faster processing if workflows are followed correctly
I gave SAP Concur this usability rating because, in my experience, in SAP Concur Most things seem intuitive
