Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, we use SAP Concur for Expenses processes.

Pros

  • Optimise expense processes
  • Record history of expenses
  • Reuse of common expense items

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP Concur is already great
  • ROI is a little slow because of the cost of processing each expense request - but it is still ok.
I gave SAP Concur this usability rating because, in my experience, I Can use SAP Concur anywhere even on my mobile phone.
