Overall Satisfaction with SAP ERP

SAP ERP is used across the whole organization.

Pros

  • Can be configured and designed to meet the day to day business processes based on best practices.
  • Standard BAPI's can be used to customize to the individual business needs.
  • Actions can be setup to complete a set of activities in a particular sequence.

Cons

  • The GUI is not very user friendly or dynamic like the current UI's.
  • End users need basic training to help guide them through the different screens and need to know the transaction codes to complete their tasks.
Medium and larger organisations get a good value for their investments in SAP ERP.
