Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass
We use it as a client portal for checking new positions or updates about any position like interviews or job offers or any other relevant updates, also for the onboarding checks and timesheets purpose, although there is a separate team for this
Pros
- Job Details
- interview details
- timesheet details
- updates on any opened or closed reqs
Cons
- there could be an option to submit candidate on multiple relevant reqs at the same time
- it shows "potential match" error even when candidate is not submitted already, because of any previous submittal of that candidate on any other req
- there should be a compulsion for the hiring managers or coordinators to provide a reason while rejecting any candidate
- well, it the ROI is always up because of the flexibility to use multiple client portal on SAP Fieldglass so it emits the use of other portals
- The ease of using it always save time as it does not have complex process
- although sometime it takes too much time to load
Because of the user friendly experience that SAP Fieldglass provide, this keep SAP Fieldglass always ahead of them. The ease of all the process is the key how SAP Fieldglass stacks up against the other similar products like I mentioned in the above tab. There are other reasons as well which I might not remember right now
