Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

It is used across the whole organization. Application look and feel - easy to access the application with predictive word, etc. Even faster access of application and various process. Digital documents acceptance and live analytics, etc. Easy to integrate with third party applications. Overall fast, ease of application, look and feel is very good.

Yes, we are seeing a lot of benefits of implementation of SAP HANA in-memory database. Claim process used to take a lot of time and we needed to provide hard copy of bills but we can upload digital copies and get approved very quickly with hard copy. Even raising request for various issues.
We have various applications in our organization such as time sheet, internal information portal, claims , attendance, etc. We need to integrate all these with SAP so we need these type of data types.
Yes, it is impacted. We used to take time to get various reports. Now we are able to get required reports on the fly and analyze as per our requirements.
We need to go digital for various processed and real-time analytics. Along with these requirements, we need faster access and application looks, etc.

SAP HANA is well suited for real-time analytics, faster access to data, etc. in sales industries such as retail, groceries. Also it very suitable to large data with a lot of real-time analytics, etc. it is not suitable in manufacturing industries, etc. where real-time data analytics are not required or in small businesses where day-to-day transactions are fewer.
