Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

SAP HANA is used for modeling. It is the data warehouse which is used by the business intelligence team for storing data as well as for developing logical models for the finance, sales, purchase, invoice, logistics, demand, and quality teams. HANA Sidecar is used as a database and an analytical processor. It is the secondary database for SAP ECC.

I have never worked with the support side, but I have heard good things about SAP HANA support from my peers who have been working in the same space.

SAP HANA is well suited for developing data models that can be connected to data virtualization tools; the views can further be used for creating dashboards in Tableau or for creating reports in SAP Web Intelligence. SLT data replication is real time from ECC to HANA Sidecar, therefore it supports real-time data.
