Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

We are using SAP HANA for enterprise data management and key analytics of the available data in different formats, so the management can visualize and decide about different factors of the business processes. It is the best solution available in our organization for real-time business decisions as it converges data transactional activities and analytics on a single in-memory platform and consolidates the whole data and analytics right in one place. It has solved our business decisions problems and helped us in taking extra measures to protect and excel in our business capabilities. We are using this SAP tool in multiple domains of the organization on a user-based access system.
  • Single point for real time business with an in-memory platform.
  • The flexibility of cloud and in-premise solutions as per company needs and existing data infrastructures.
  • Multiple database solutions including relational databases.
  • Parallel database processing for multiple databases.
  • Non-SAP database integrations are very limited and this capability should be extended for more platforms.
  • The real-time business ability makes it an important tool and ROI is very good for long-term businesses.
SAP HANA has available global support for their customers and takes very good care of the users during the implementation phase by providing all the related manuals and continuous personal touch. The after-sale support of SAP HANA specifically and SAP products, in general, is also admirable and they don't leave their customers alone after selling them the product, as the other products usually do.

SAP HANA is a great deal for enterprises that believe in a real-time business approach. It has the capability to provide a robust real-time business solution as the transactional and analytical process can run at the same time and same place as an in-memory solution. The results are great for the overall business growth and it is recommended for any enterprise.
