Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

We use SAP HANA as a cache to speed up messages across the board. Mainly for cache replacing mongo DB.
The main idea was to use a product with professional support that be able to keep a mission-critical environment with speed and configurability. The SAP HANA product is an in-memory database and was perfect for the job.

  • I would like to see a better online documentation
  • This product replaces open-source database cache. [It] was the best decision in for the system.

We have tested some open source tools, but all lack professional support.

Big data requires a fast data base this is one of the best suitable in-memory data base for the job. Also is really good for data cache and in memory queues when you require to process a big quantity of data in a short time. Very good when time is a restriction or constraints.
