The majority of the business problems will be on performance issues of that particular application; as a basic consultant, I will validate the performance and take action according to that, like is there any way to tweak the code or need to improve the server capacity, something like that.

Definitely, yes. We are dealing with huge numbers of tables with many partitions. The partition strategy is also simplified to use. Even if we have any issues with the HANA database query, we have the troubleshooting steps to identify the issue to get the query for further optimization.
As a basis administrator, I have worked with relational data types mostly.
Using full capacity to get the best result is our main objective to move to the HANA Database, and we have achieved this as well. So, it's a huge win from the analytics processing perspective.
The main reason is purely HANA database performance, and it supports both row and column store data. And the way optimization is running behind the schedule is another added benefit.
