Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
SAP Integration Suite, for the eDoc solution, among other things. It seems to be working fine as SAP provides the standard update per country that makes upgrade easiler.
Pros
- iFlow solution per country
- keeping the solution up to date
- standard solution
Cons
- as it is usually in the core that a change request is initiated, it is not necessarily the integration update will be part of it. if it can be of a more proactive nature and push, it would be easier not to forget.
- one solution, standard solution is what we are after
our S/4 is on premise, so we do need an integration suite that can connect us with cloud solutions. we have ariba, successfactor, etc that is enabled by the SAP Integration Suite.
we are yet to explore the machine learning part of it
