Overall Satisfaction with SAP Portfolio and Project Management

SAP PPM is fully integrated to the procurement and FICO which helps the organization generating a single source of truth for financial reporting and fully audited procurement process.

Pros

  • Integration with other SAP Modules
  • Best Practice that cater to all Industry

Cons

  • Migrate more features Fiori UI/UX
  • Capture the core information of the projects that helps the Board and Project manager to see the true status.
  • To fully utilize the modules does have some learning curve
I believe the functionality of the modules is designed and build based on multiple parallel industries and constantly evolved from multiple lesson learn from the past.
Integration and best practice structure are the key difference that lessen the probability of customer endeavors journey with less choice of wrongdoings.
