Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud as our primary ERP to run our business operations. All the modules - FICO, MM, SD, PS are widely used. We were one of the early customers to go live with SAP S/4HANA Cloud in India and it is working well for us. A lot of optimization has been done by SAP on this version from its previous versions.

Pros

  • Speed of transactions.
  • Fiori apps support leading to better UI.
  • Security

Cons

  • GUI - interface for users.
  • Error handling messages.
  • Have now started bringing all global entities to one ERP.
  • Business efficiencies have been achieved.
No complaints. It is critical and is needed.

It is the no.1 ERP in the world and is trusted by various customers all over the world. To provide one view of the business of any organization, this is the ERP to be used. Also advised to all customers who are on the previous version to upgrade to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
