Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is used for enterprise business solutions like finance, logistics, HR, and supply chain. The most recent problem is scalability and performance management. Some of the problems we face currently are: 1). Scalability issues for data with huge volume 2). Performance issues due to higher volume, system performance exists within all areas 3). UI (Fiori) performance is a problem.

  • Missing functionality e.g., within Asset Accounting, limited function with depreciation catchup
  • End to end process and reporting visibility - makes it easy for data pull for reporting
  • Robust configuration features and ability to customize solutions
  • Solution for International countries and accounting principles lacks functionalities, having to do customizations
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is used for the majority of the user base. Fiori user tiles provide a unique perspective to the users. However, performance continues to be a problem.
