Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a great tool and it definitely made our life lot easier, there are few very important use cases that help us to achieve at a faster rate using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, there is a Insurance application that needed automatically and flow design, using inbuild components of SAP S/4HANA Cloud we were able to achieve the same. One other use case is when we have to build a leave approval/management system, we took the privilege of SAP S/4HANA Cloud to achive the same requirement.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Leave management application, we build using SAP to achive the leave automation process.
For employee Onboarding and Offboarding application, we tried to use all the privileges of SAP S/4HANA Cloud to achieve this.
Insurance Automation process, to settle all the insurance claims.
Health care system for past patient information.

Cons

Improving the latency.
Multi threading is something that can be more focused on.
Background processing is also an important factor to be considered.
Data retrieval should be a key factor to be considered.

Return on Investment

Improving multi threading.
Focus more on customer oriented goal.
Reducing data base hits.

Usability

Cloud usability is the most important factor that can be considered for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and it can be accessible everywhere; for example, the insurance application actually helps to resolve the claim at a faster rate which saves time for both business and user, especially because if the cloud architecture it improves the quality and productivity.

Key Differentiators

Product Features is something to be discussed a lot; the most application does not focus on customer needs, with either the focus on customer needs and they don't focus on business requirement or vice versa, But SAP S/4HANA Cloud actually help to achieve both requirements parallel. It satisfies the business requirements, and customer needs to meet it's target, especially the cloud architecture of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is to be talked about a lot.

Pega Platform, Pega Sales Automation and Pega Client Lifecycle Management

The main reason to pick SAP S/4HANA Cloud is because of the ease of access and the need for business requirements. I have come across many automation tools, and the flow structure of other tools is saggy, and the integration calls are not as smoother as SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Although when compared to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the integration speed on the request-response is quite faster

Based on my personal experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a great tool that helps with 3-4 application we designed to achieve our requirements, such as employees Onboarding and Off boarding and also the Insurance automation process, which helps user to claim their insurance at a faster rate, we also improved the latency from 24hours to 3 seconds for setting up a case and processing it further. SAP S/4HANA Cloud automation is used heavily to achieve this requirement. The best thing about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is it balances business requirements and customer needs.
