Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud for our purchasing , manufacturing, logistics operation. We carry all our system and material transaction through it. Complete purchasing life cycle from RFQ to RFP to PR to PO receiving production floor operations go through it. On top of it our inventory and material backflush is conducted through it. We also carry our inventory adjustment through it.

Overall understanding and customization as per our key business requirements and adaptability as per changing scenario make SAP S/4HANA Cloud a choice ERP system to be used across organizations, various modules, plug ins line linked to dhl and ups portal and other currency fluctuations are helpful for both logistics and finance depth for real time tracking

Before implementing of SAP S/4HANA Cloud we were using a very old erp system with very less features and modules resulting in lot of inventory inaccuracies and manual work, resulting in business disruption also cloud feature was missing. Key reason was to get best system that is able to cater all our needs
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is far superior if compared to other erp system that I have used in past considering no of features, adapting to business need cloud based features, understanding business requirements, real time monitoring though price is comparatively high but product features and functionality are good enough to cover up that price gap.

The best scenario was during covid19 pandemic all of a sudden our office was moved from in person to remote for all possible jobs. We were stuck but with presence of cloud based services we were able to access our inventory online remotely safely from comfort from home. We could release supplier PO check stock and carry out all related transactions without disruption of regular business
