Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We advise our customers to move to cloud (Rise with SAP) bundle. Customers want to upscale and use up to date service.

Ease of use would be number one for me. Since we're an IT company, integration comes handy as well. We even have our own tools that help pour customers migrate data.
I had customers who wanted to integrate SAP with RPA tools. It worked very well. UiPath is probably my favorite one.

Overall it's very well suited, the only problem and or issue from my side and experience include, associates with pricing. It's hard to sell to mid level organizations in particular. Price is something that affects customers, especially in EU. Our company is a Gold Business Partner that covers USA and EU alike.
