Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud as our ERP. The product helps manage data a large scale.

Pros

  • Helps to automate processes
  • Provides beneficial account reporting
  • Faster processing speed than our prior ERP

Cons

  • Less intuitive platform for account navigation
  • Some improved process efficiencies
  • Negatively impacted inventory process
I think SAP S/4HANA Cloud has some great capabilities, but overall, SAP is a hard ERP system to learn/use. Once learned it can do some incredible things, but takes some time to understand functionality.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is well suited for a larger operational company. It has some great functionality and integration with other applications; however, there are some applications where there have been integration issues. Also, it is geared more toward manufacturing and has some limitations and/or struggles for the entertainment/F&B industry.
