Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is currently used for Finance in our organization but has only few OOTB capabilities...Lot of customizations needs to be done to achieve our business scenarios which results in RICEWFs. Also lot of automation needs to be done for these business scenarios which needs BTP connectivity as well.

Because of various factors considering the license costs,managed services cost. Also custom SLAs not possible with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Mobile apps not available for all possible business scenarios. Lot of OOTB capabilities are missing for few regular business processes Automation opportunities needs to be increased along with connectivity to BTP as well as other Non SAP solutions

SAP S/4HANA Cloud especially RISE is well suited for small enterprises where license,Infrastructure and application services are together bundled into single bucket...This will not suit larger enterprises where they runs mission critical SLAs as SLAs are same across the customers and this can be fine tuned if we just buy licenses from SAP and we manage the services
