Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

I support clients with implementation of cloud solutions including SAP. We look to drive strong and significant transformation at our clients through transition to a cloud base platform, with the main focus being Finance. This allows Finance functions to unlock better standardisation, automation, effectiveness and control for the business.

  • Enhance use of ML and AI
  • Increase clarity on how different parts of the solutions link together
  • Better control
  • Improved viability
  • Improved outlook for wider transformation (e.g. enabler for centralization)
I have consistently seen that users are not fully utilising all capabilities that are applicable to their roles. This is mainly due to lack of intuitiveness that suits all users - this, therefore leads to a requirement for the business to provide additional training.

Integration is the most important. All large clients have complex systems landscape with ERP being in the middle - better integration with SAP helps drive benefits across other implemented systems and solutions?
SAP provides brilliant capabilities, specifically around alliances with other solutions and alliance partners.

The SAP solution in my experience is well suited to large enterprise clients where the requirements are complex and end-to-end, multi-functional solution is required. However, certain sectors (like Retail or constructions) have different set of requirements which are not always easily addressed.
