Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is connected to SuccessFactors and is used as our interface between SAP Fiori and Ceridian DayForce. We also use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to hold all of our historical data which existed before our cutover to SuccessFactors.
Pros
- Holds all of our pay scale and pay grade data in tables.
- Easy to use interface between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Ceridian DayForce.
- Managing time approval delegations for leaders on vacation or leave.
Cons
- SLG1 could be a little more user friendly for troubleshooting replication errors.
- Direct links to SAP KBAs when troubleshooting errors, but google works too.
- Simplified interfaces through scheduling and strategically timing interfaces to reduce potential conflicts and timeouts.
- Allows a small payroll team of 2.5 FTE process pay for over 3,000 EEs.

Cloud solutions and the ability to scale to growth... is very important as we are almost always dealing with acquisitions and onboarding new employees/companies.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is an easy choice with its interface connectivity and scalability. It is also much better to integrate with SuccessFactors and every other SAP product we use.
