Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

In our organization it is used as ERP software which can able to integrate the different areas of the organisation like Finance, procurement and supply chain operations which ultimately helps in solving the issues of manual reporting and delayed decision making by providing the real time analysis and visualization and faster tracking.

Pros

  • Streamlined procure-to-pay process with automated purchase order and invoice matching
  • Improves cashflow forecasting
  • Live stock tracking
  • Real-time financial reporting with HANA DB
  • Demand & Supply optimization

Cons

  • In some areas, User interface looks complex
  • If I compare with the SAP versions the customization is very limited
  • Error messages is not that much user friendly it looks technical sometimes
  • Higher Process Efficiency through reduced manual efforts
  • By Eliminating the on-premises infrastructure it reduces the cost of ownership
  • Initial implementation is high than other competitors
It provides strong real-time insights and automation feature, not only these it also provides high long term value and ROI despite of early adoption challenges. The integration across modules greatly improves the data consistency and reliability. Overall performance is good enough but with some scope of improvements the product become good enough for all type of customers and it is the reason why I'm giving this rating

- It is great for those organisations which wanted to migrate from legacy environment to scalable cloud environments
