Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

It is one the best CRM tool for managing our customer queries across multiple channels. Centralised dashboard of the tool gives me the flexibility to resolves all the queries on priority. Tool gives real time visibility that helps in maintaining consistency of every response on the tickets. Automation saves manual efforts and better escalation for faster resolution. This tool boost our customer experience.

We feel very improvements in customer support capabilities because of its faster resolution with proper response in every tickets.
