We use SAP Service Cloud as a great ally in our daily tasks of deepening ideas aimed at the maximum satisfaction of our clients.

We approach each case thoroughly and that is where we get the most out of SAP service, as it increases service efficiency and improves customer satisfaction through automated ticket categorization and opinion analysis.

Specifically, with the company platform that we were trying to integrate, there were certain challenges that complicated the task a little. In the end we succeeded, but if it presented difficulties, we believe it is more due to an outdated system. SAP has integration with many systems but I believe that sometimes if they are not in their latest updates it is more difficult for this integration to be done in a simple and practical way.
Without a doubt we saw great improvements, the sales team has given us positive feedback on how they can deliver solutions that meet our customers' expectations.

The productivity of the 5 teams we have has increased significantly since using SAP Service Cloud.
