Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors is used across our entire organization for goal setting and performance reviews. This works for our unique structure because the security prevents our HR team from being able to see each other’s data. It also works for our specific performance management schedule requirements.

It is highly customizable - we require one performance review with quarterly touch bases and updates. SuccessFactors was able to allow this. We also have our incentives paid based on our performance scores, and the system was also able to account for our complex incentive calculation and we can provide that to auditors.
