Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Used for onboadring new employees. It manages the full life-cycle of employees and time/recording attendance. SAP SuccessFactors is great when the company is large. In our case we have 5,000 employees.
  • Data management. All data is in the same system.
  • Reporting. Can extract Excel reports.
  • Fast system. Instant data.
  • Can't open two windows at the same time.
  • Data changes are not instantly modified.
  • Technical support needs to be faster when answering clients.
  • Implementation slow. Cluster implementation was delayed.
  • Training employees on it is difficult.
  • Self-service aspect is a positive impact. Employee is the owner of his/her data.
We chose SuccessFactors to have all data in the same place digitally.

For HR and Finance departments, it works pretty well. Definitely suited to implement for large companies. It helps finance divisions to check their costs in the system.
