Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

1. The employee lifecycle right from onboarding to exit, everything can be managed within a few clicks. 2. The l&d tab keeps me updated on the areas of improvement. 3. We have integrated it with Xoxoday - a digital rewards platform that makes it easy to send rewards and motivate employees easily. This ensures that we receive points as soon we complete a milestone like a course completion etc.

  • The mobile app is fast and better than desktop version.
  • Limited customization ability.
  • They could add a report generation feature that can be accessed by every user. I think this has been put across multiple times but no response ever.

The best thing about SAP is it has one system for all HR functions. Be it recruiting, onboarding, performance management, migrating employee data, it will make it very easier to manage these things. Multiple departments can come together and collaborate in certain areas like payroll processing and more. However, the initial learning is a bit tough.
