Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The problem is generally strong when it comes to the point of Human Resources, keep in mind that it is really cost-effective compared with for example Oracle and Workdays

  • SuccessFactors offers all aspects of Human Resources Management. What I love most about it is that it is easy to implement at any kind of company or industry.
  • The performance and goal management is good, and it has a fairly detailed employee central.
  • The solution needs more localization, especially for the Middle East.
  • SAP SuccessFactors could improve the integration.
  • Easy use.
  • Fast implementation.
  • Full visibility when it comes to HR.
  • ROI numbers are strong when compared to other cloud implementations at medium-sized organizations.
