We use here as our main platform integrated with SAP to manage all the employee's goals, objectives, payment, learnings, etc. In the past, we used to have separate applications for each segment and now we have just SAP SuccessFactors.

The impact is enormous and guarantee quality on the data provided.
Business loves to use it as the tool is user-friendly.
Easier to support the application when you need any consultant or direct support from SAP.

Usability

It's the best platform I'have been used so far. It's so easy for the end-users to manage their profile and also as HR team to manage the whole structure. With SuccessFactors we can have a better integration with other platforms, as Linkedin to have eduacational and learning process.

If you are using SAP as your ERP, this module is very well integrated and works very well not just for the business but also who support that. Always we have room for improvement and for me would be easier to add new training on the platform.
