Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for most of our Human Experience Management.

Pros

  • Cloud based tool
  • Easy to adapt

Cons

  • User Interface and user experience is a major area they could improve
  • SAP SuccessFactors supports major employees actions
We use SAP CPI as one of the integration tool and really works well for us.
BSC is a global company, and we leverage the out-of-box functionality of SAP SuccessFactors to a greater extent.
