Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors EC is currently being used for HR and interfaced with our legacy HR/Payroll system. We are in the process of implementing ECP with a projected go-live of April 2023. Reporting has been a challenge, as well as integration from EC to our legacy HR/Payroll system.

Pros

  • The user interface is nice.
  • Real time reports the users can run themselves.
  • Ability to configure business rule to meet our specific needs.

Cons

  • Reporting needs for statewide business questions is lacking
  • Data can get out of sync depending on the various options for updating positions.
  • Improved employee experience
  • Improved flexibility
Standard integration between EC and ECP, as well as other add-on modules.
