Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Processes have been automated, and enhanced UI/UX has more agility. Manual processes have been automated, and people have been given a platform to take care of their journey.

  • I love the Employee central whereby we give autonomy to employees to self service

We have not been given SAP SuccessFactors payroll in our region i.e. Pakistan and have to feel the pain to integrate on-premise payroll with EC.
Global compliance has brought best practices to our region and there is a limitation to localization and may be its consultant's fault that they are not aware of the solution completely.
Workday Human Capital Management offers a complete suite and captures employee journey end to end.
