Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
I currently utilize it for personal changes, managing teams, learning, as well as determining how to connect different HR capabilities for a broader roadmap.
Pros
- One stop shop
- Simple UX
- Centralized governance of data
Cons
- Integrations to other tools seem difficult. Even our replication to SAP on premises is very challenging right now.
- Some evolving needs we require, such as Pronouns or other details needed within a large retail environment, seem to take long to implement.
- The ability to centralize data doesn’t seem as easy. Perhaps it would be good to help our teams understand the best way to centralize our data and reporting needs.
- We have transferred more tasks to the business.
- Though we still have issues for error management of employee transfers.
I have not explored it.
Relatively similar. But it really just depends on how we implement it and the processes surrounding the system itself.
