Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Our organization uses SAP SuccessFactors as our HR system, which tracks and monitors most everything we would need from a technology standpoint. We utilize most of the modules offered and train other companies under our organization to utilize it to its full potential, whether that's basic items like adding new employees, running reports, accessing learning courses, or from a recruiting standpoint. The system has been so much more user-friendly than our last system, that, paired with great SAP support, keeps us pretty content with SAP SuccessFactors.
