Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We currently SuccessFactors as a HRIS system and payroll facilitator. I think we have problems and opportunities at the same time. Our problems is the lack of automation and the ability to connect the different departments and functions throughout the business. The opportunities is being able to use the features in the affiliated services that work with SAP to be able to make it work for our company.

  • Creating a position is too complicated and requires unnecessary steps. Should be easier to generate position and requisition numbers.
  • Organization chart for position makes it hard to see the true size of organization.

From my personal experience and from all the presentation and seeing if this most recent conference. It seems that SAP will seamlessly integrate with other systems and and also enhance the performance of the original product. That’s something that I love. I didn’t see any potential lag for our operators or our customers.
I appreciate the work that SAP has done to stay in compliance in many ways. We have a lot of different structures and controls in place with the different access that we have to our information in our company and with SAP being compatible with our database and rules that we have. It’s a great thing that they have been able to work with us and be able to not only do that but enhance our services.
Workday and SAP at first glance seemed like very similar databases. They both have the same format when it comes to the HRIS and especially with recruiting. As I grew to know more about SAP and the SuccessFactors database I slowly grew to see the differences and the enhancements with SAP there seems to be more user-friendly nurse with SAP and the ability to customize what I do day-to-day in the business.

Yes

SuccessFactors is well-suited for a large organization that has a package with many of the features. It makes sense when you have full integration and the additional add-ons or maybe even some type of customized products. It does works well as an HRIS system in a larger company as well. It is compatible with various payroll systems and job boards. It has the potential to make a company have its administrative duties run with complete efficiency.
