Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We're in implementation phase. From end-user point of view it's quite good and big step from old SAP HCM. It also supports our processes better. For IT in my opinion it's more problematic. In my experience data migration is nightmare - ex. picklist joins using texts (not ID'S), strange data model. Integration using BIB has many bugs.

For medium / large company it could cover all HR related processes (without Payroll currently). It's logical step from SAP HR. A hope that SAP will release new payroll product soon as we currently have to use old SAP HR for this.
