Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors solutions are cloud-based HCM solution which we used in our project, Also we integrated with one of the customers who was using the customized solution from local vendors. I personally feel this tool is very effective in terms of HR and payroll, also it has great features for talent management and analytics planning for the workforce.

I think it's great that each requirement is flexible in the way it's handled and that there are a number of alternatives to any of the issues we're trying to address. Every issue has many solutions, which gives us a lot of flexibility in terms of process. We use SAP SuccessFactors for training, performance appraisals, goal setting, leave requests and maintaining organizational records. Other competitors only have one or a few, but success factors make things easier.
It allows compliance with legal mandates for new and scalable regulations for the life of an SAP solution offering customers peace of mind. It also makes it possible to evolve with confidence with effective and integrated local and global business processes, leading to sustainable business practices. Additionally, automate assistance to complete repetitive tasks quickly.
SAP SuccessFactors is the best choice for large businesses that require a comprehensive HR solution to facilitate talent management and performance assessments. Additionally, easier integration with SAP products makes it helpful. It also provides real-time analysis and reporting of payroll statements and informs users of payment discrepancies. And the major takeaway as compare to workday is that supports operations in many countries all over the world
