Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Basically develop and train all employees and contractors around the globe. Specially used for Policies and specific SAP training

Pros

  • Allows to assign training courses to group of people
  • Tracks training by employee
  • Courses are easy to distribute and to take

Cons

  • Sometimes the way to confirm you finished is not intuitive
  • Navigating in and out is not easy
  • Don't really know
Very easily integrated
facilitates to have the training courses in different languages

It's great to assign courses to teams, and track. Can improve the navigation when more than one link is needed to take the course and to confirm that you've taken
