Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SuccessFactors for Performance Management. It allows employees to input their own goals, and us as managers to review them and make adjustments as needed. At the end of the year we also used SuccessFactors to perform end of the year reviews. SuccessFactors is also used for training and make sure that employees have the correct certifications for their jobs.

  • Providing email alerts when deadlines are approaching or training is expiring
  • A useful interface to access training
  • Sometimes it isn't very intuitive to know if your performance plan has been submitted.
  • Improved employee experience
  • Goal tracking, ensuring completition
Never had any issue integrating.
I have not used any other similar products extensively.

Yes

SuccessFactors provides all the functionality we need in order to do performance management digitally. It works very well in my team of approximately 10-15 people. There is also a lot of flexibility in setting it up. As for training, it is extremely helpful in tracking things like safety and security related certifications to make sure that they do not expire for employees.
