Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SuccessFactors for Performance Management. It allows employees to input their own goals, and us as managers to review them and make adjustments as needed. At the end of the year we also used SuccessFactors to perform end of the year reviews. SuccessFactors is also used for training and make sure that employees have the correct certifications for their jobs.
- Organizing and storing employee goals
- Providing email alerts when deadlines are approaching or training is expiring
- A useful interface to access training
- Sometimes it isn't very intuitive to know if your performance plan has been submitted.
- Improved employee experience
- Goal tracking, ensuring completition
I have not used any other similar products extensively.
