We use SAP SuccessFactors as our main recruiting and performance module. I am tasked with the decision on what companies to integrate with to expand our capabilities in workforce development.

SAP SuccessFactors is very customizable but it's a challenge to fully understand what best fits our organization. I do believe it is the best system for us but it would help to have more support.
