SAP SuccessFactors integration functionality is a selling point for our customers.
As a SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the product as well as the key business processes customers should focus on to be successful. The key to customer success is to lead with the business process versus the features and functionality of the product.
As a services provider, we are an exclusive SAP SuccessFactors implementer. Formerly we have either implemented or supported customers who have used the other products. Our organization uses Oracle for our ERP and it is terrible as a user.

SAP SuccessFactors is hands down the best solution for Federal and Regulated Industry. I have found it difficult to sell into healthcare where Lawson, Workday, and Ceridain seem to have a stronger foothold in the market.
