Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I am currently building the Workforce Planning and Analytics department with a fellow team member. We use Workforce Analytics for this work. I use learning, recruiting, on boarding, and performance management for my professional growth.
  • All in one place
  • User friendly
  • I'v found it times out too quickly when working between modules.
  • I've believe here are many security barricades limiting access.
  • More flexibility with the ablility to build custom reports.
We use SAP SuccessFactors to feed into our Workforce Analytics tool.
I am fairly new to using the tools, I cannot comment at this time.

While learning workforce analytics, I've found it has been hard to navigate. In my experience, there is no real user guide to look into providing more direction. In my opinion, the WFA tool is not as customizable as we need it to be.
