Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use Performance Management for our annual appraisals. We recently implemented the solution but have not run it by the unions. During the configuration phase, we found that it was a little too objective at times, when setting up the performance measures.
- Identify the goals for the period
- Simplify the management of performance appraisals
- I would like to see matching of performance periods to employment period rather than fiscal years.
- Our previous process was paper based. This is a major improvement to the process and to transparency.
- Our time from appraisal to approval will be significantly reduced.
Our implementor was awesome. They taught us how to do things differently and think outside of the box we created for ourselves. There were times when the implementation felt like it was moving a little too fast but we were able to catch up and get back on target.
SAP SuccessFactors is far easier to use than SAP ECC 6.0 and extremely easier than the paper based system we are currently using.
